      Dans notre XXI Chapitre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 en 2010, conscientes du moment que vivait la Congr\u00e9gation et pour raffermir l\u2019identit\u00e9 charismatique, la vie fraternelle et l\u2019action \u00e9vang\u00e9lisatrice, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 s\u2019est manifest\u00e9e d\u2019initier un processus de restructuration qui puisse nous conduire \u00e0 des r\u00e9ponses proph\u00e9tiques aux nouvelles situations et urgences du monde.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t

      Ce processus de Restructuration de la Congr\u00e9gation a donc pris cours orient\u00e9 par le Gouvernement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la collaboration de toutes les s\u0153urs. L\u2019\u00e9tude, les r\u00e9flexions, les suggestions et le discernement continu furent r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment \u00e0 travers une communication permanente d\u2019aller-retour et un travail en r\u00e9seau pour favoriser la participation de chacune.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t

      Au moment de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du XXII Chapitre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en septembre 2016 nos pr\u00e9sences en Asie, Afrique et Europe avaient conclu le processus de restructuration g\u00e9ographique ; celles de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique le conclurent apr\u00e8s le Chapitre. Pourtant, un changement externe de structures ne suffisait pas, mais encore il fallait continuer \u00e0 cheminer avec \u00ab corps et \u00e2me \u00bb.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t

      C\u2019est ainsi que l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017 et dans le cadre de la restructuration, fut entam\u00e9e l\u2019\u00e9tape de \u00ab croissance et transformation \u00bb<\/b> qui est toujours en cours dans toute la Congr\u00e9gation et dont la fin est pr\u00e9vue lors de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de notre prochain Chapitre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en 2022.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
